Adam Laissaoui is based in Paris and supports the Private Equity Advisory team with a focus on due diligences, value creation plans, exit planning and fund strategies. His industry experience includes construction and building materials, business services, packaging and industrial goods on behalf of both corporate and private equity buyers.
Before joining Indefi in 2014, he worked for a tier 1 European growth buyout firm where he was involved in a variety of investments.
Adam has a Master’s in Finance from Grenoble EM and is board member of a leading glass processing company in the Middle East.
