Mehdi is based in Paris and specializes in strategy, M&A and value creation for portfolio companies throughout the investment life cycle. His support includes work on commercial-due diligence, 100-day plans and exit plans. Having worked on more than 200 assignments over the past 10 years, Mehdi has extensive experience in many sectors throughout Europe including agrifood, FMCG and distribution, health and business services.
Before joining Indefi in 2011, Mehdi served as a strategy analyst in the Renault Nissan purchasing organization and has been involved in business development projects for a technology company based in Singapore.
He is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and INSA Lyon and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
